About CalcDocu
Free Tools Built for Real Decisions
CalcDocu is a free online platform of calculators, planning tools, and business document generators — built for people who need accurate answers without signing up, paying a subscription, or downloading an app.
Every tool on CalcDocu was built around a specific gap: the moment when someone needs a real number — their take-home pay in Illinois, their fertile window this month, their protein target for their training goal, their closing costs in California — and the existing options either gatekeep the result behind a signup, bury it in a generic estimate, or require a $69/month subscription to professional software they’ll use once.
CalcDocu exists to close that gap.
What We Build
Calculators
Financial calculators covering mortgages, paycheck and salary breakdowns, property taxes, closing costs, loans, retirement, investment, and business finance. Health and wellness calculators covering calorie targets, protein intake, sleep cycles, ovulation and fertility, and BMR. Legal cost estimators for DUI, workers’ compensation, and personal injury situations.
Business Document Tools
Invoice makers, quotation generators, purchase order templates, estimate builders, and trade-specific billing tools for electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, landscapers, carpenters, and auto repair professionals.
Mobile Applications
CalcDocu tools are available on Android via the Google Play Store — starting with Invoice Maker & Quotation Generator, with additional apps planned across business documents, finance, and health tool categories.
Our Principles
Free, always. Every tool on CalcDocu is free to use with no account required. We are supported by display advertising — not subscriptions, not data sales, not lead generation fees.
No signup walls. You should not have to create an account to find out what your take-home pay is or when your fertile window opens. Every CalcDocu tool delivers its result instantly, in your browser, without asking for your email address.
Honest about limitations. Our tools are estimates — not professional advice. We are explicit about what our calculators can and cannot tell you, and we cite the data sources behind every calculation. When you need a professional, we say so.
Current data. Tax rates, legal thresholds, and health guidelines change. We update our tools and content to reflect current rates — 2026 IRS tables, current state tax legislation, updated ISSN nutrition guidelines. Outdated calculators with stale data are one of the most common gaps in the free tools market.
